On many occasions, Real Estate Dynamics, Inc. has been called on to assist a client with its entry into a new market. Depending on the client's level of market knowledge, our responsibilities have included a varying range of functions, as follows:


A GROCERY CHAIN EXPANDS INTO NEW MARKETS.

A large grocery store chain engaged our services to review the existing competition, in several Midwestern markets that they were unfamiliar with. This assignment included the development of a strategy for making a multiple store entry into these markets through the acquisition and development of suitable locations. The targeted geographic locations were in three states and the assignment was highly confidential.

All competitors were identified, measured, photographed and mapped. Recommendations were made as to which markets to enter and which to avoid. For each recommended market we devised an entry strategy, identified and acquired the sites necessary for new store construction. The result was that our client successfully opened new stores in several cities within targeted states.

A RESTAURANT CHAIN EXPANDS TO NEW AREAS.

When a restaurant franchisee decided to acquire new territory, it was evident that the company would either have to hire qualified personnel to coordinate the expansion, or contract with an experienced outside service provider.

Real Estate Dynamics, Inc. was selected to identify potential opportunities within the new territory, select suitable sites and negotiate their acquisition. As a direct result of the success of these efforts, we have been repeatedly called on to analyze potential new opportunities in several states for this same franchisee and for others within the franchise system. To date we have handled transactions in four states for this company.
