Real Estate Dynamics, Inc. was incorporated by Martin A. Hugo, Jr., who serves as the company's President. The company opened for business in January of 1983.
Initially the company focused its efforts on the selection and acquisition of new sites for retail clients and the disposition of closed retail locations, throughout several Midwestern states. These activities resulted in successful efforts on behalf of a variety of clients.
The company later expanded its scope of services and began providing development services for investor clients. These efforts resulted in the development of various shopping centers and free-standing buildings. Today the company provides sale and leasing services and consults with its clients on a wide range commercial real estate topics.
